Extra care charge $15-$30

Some dogs need a little more time and support during their groom. When extra attention or handling is needed to keep your pet comfortable and safe, an additional fee may apply.

De-pelt / Matting fee $10-$40

Dogs with severe matting or pelted coats cannot be safely or humanely de-matted. In these cases, a full shave down is required to ensure your dog's comfort and well being. Matting significantly increases grooming time, wear on equipment, and stress on the dog, and an additional charge will apply based on condition and coat severity.

Cancellation fee $30 / No show fee 75% of the grooming price

If we are not notified 48 hours prior to the groom, there will be a fee per dog.

Late fee $1 per minute

If you are not home at the scheduled time, a $1/min wait fee will apply (max 20 mins). After that, it will be considered a no- show and 75% of the grooming fee will be charged.

Bite fee $20 

Sometimes pups get nervous or excited and may bite. If this happens, a $20 fee will apply per bite. If your dog has a history of biting, let us know ahead of time so we can make the grooming session as safe and stress-free as possible.
