HOW IT WORKS

OUR MOBILE SALON CAN PARK ANYWHERE WITH A FLAT SURFACE AND NO PARKING RESRICTIONS

STEP 1

When we arrive at your home, the groomer will either send you a message or knock on your door to let you know we have arrived. We will then go over the waivers and discuss the type of services and groom you want. After all is discussed, we will take your dog directly to our mobile van.

PLEASE NOTE:

Lulu's aims to arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible. however, for

safety and quality reasons, please allow a 1 hour window before and after your appointment. For example, if you're booked for 3:00pm, arrival may be between 2pm and 4pm. You will be contacted if there are any delays or changes.

STEP 2

Your dog receives personalized, one-on-one care in our clean, quiet salon. we tailor each session to your dogs needs and the service booked.

STEP 3

Once your dog is fully groomed, we will send you a text or call to let you know the groom is done. Once the dog is returned to you we will go over how the appointment went, along with any notes or recommendations. Payment will be made at this time, and we can book your next appointment if you'd like.
