Additional charges
Extra attention charge $15-$30
There may be a special handling fee if a dog is difficult, obese or senior. As it can be more physically demanding on the groomer.

De-pelt $10-$40
Pelted dogs have extreme matting stuck to the skin, making grooming harder, time consuming, and harder on our equipment.

Cancellation fee $30 / No show fee 75% of the grooming price
If we are not notified 48 hours prior to the groom, there will be a fee per dog.

Late fee $1 per minute
If you are not home at the scheduled time, a $1/min wait fee will apply (max 20 mins). After that, it will be considered a no- show and 75% of the grooming fee will be charged.

Bite fee $20
If your dog were to bite the groomer, a $20 fee will be applied per wound. Please inform us in advance if your dog has a history of biting so we can take the proper precautions.
